I originally reached out to Manisha [Shaikh] to take Hogan assessments and related executive coaching sessions. My experience with her has been both enlightening and smooth. She blends years of corporate leadership experience with a refined understanding of human behavior and a deep passion for helping individuals.
Manisha is good at reading her audience and tailoring her feedback to give tough love when needed, but also empathy and encouragement to motivate them to change. One of the things that impressed me the most is how she handled my questions on the many contradictory findings of Hogan assessments and tie them together into a "behavioral whole" that were "a-ha" moments for me once she explained them. At no point did I feel judged or sensed irritation. I have enjoyed our coaching sessions, and am looking forward to continuing my development journey with her.

I have worked with Manisha In Vodafone Maharashtra & Goa Circle for the Call Center and backoffice team members on two workshops namely Effective communication & Written Communication .Manisha has been a good facilitator and delivered the programme as per the expectation we set.
The training objective set was met and Manisha took time to collate Voice of the Customer (VOC) and understand the participant type to conduct a seamless training.Manisha connects well with the participants of whichever training she undertakes.The results post workshop have been good.
