Catalyst-Facilitating Change was born of its founder Ms. Manisha Shaikh’s desire to seek the elusive Holy Grail of Work-life balance and her life’s passion & purpose. During her tenure as an Operations Manager with a leading Publishing House, Manisha realised that she felt truly in her element when she was meaningfully contributing to the development and growth of her team of fourteen. She realised that playing the role of the ‘Catalyst’ that helped people discover, hone and unleash their hidden potential provided the purpose & meaning she was seeking.
Thus, Catalyst-Facilitating Change was created to channel its founder’s desire to identify and unleash the incredible potential of human capital. Catalyst aims to be the facilitator of its client partners’ journey in becoming the best version of themselves be it an individual,
